From Central Vista Project in New Delhi to Kashi Vishwanath Corridor in Varanasi, the BJP government under Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on a massive revamp drive. However, critics say, under the grab of development and beautification, the government is destroying heritage and livelihood of the people. Uttar Pradesh Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya however disagrees as he argues that common people have no complaints against the government and they are happy at the construction of Kashi corridor.
