India's '18 friction point' strategy in China LAC talks; Army chief on PLA moves

- With the 13th round of talks between India and China regarding the border tension likely to happen soon, Indian Army chief General MM Naravane commented on the situation. He said that Beijing's large deployment in the region is a matter of concern, but India is matching China's moves to prevent any misadventure.
