Bipin Rawat crash probe: Probe rules out sabatoge, blames bad weather for mishap

The Tri-services Court of Inquiry into the crash of Mi-17 helicopter which was boarded by Chief of the Defence Staff, General Bipin Rawat, his wife and 11 other defence personnel has submitted its preliminary findings and ruled out any sabotage. A statement said that the inquiry team analysed the Flight Data Recorder and Cockpit Voice Recorder besides questioning all available witnesses to determine the most probable cause of the accident. The Court of Inquiry has ruled out mechanical failure, sabotage or negligence as a cause of the accident. The accident was a result of entry into clouds due to unexpected change in weather conditions in the valley, the probe findings has revealed. Watch this video for full details.
