Fugitive Khalistani preacher Amritpal Singh has released his first video from hiding. Addressing Sikhs across the world, from an unknown location, Amritpal Singh called them to unite in Punjab for a gathering on Baisakhi. In the video, Amritpal Singh also dared the police saying that 'nobody can touch him'. He also slammed the Centre for invoking the NSA against his aides. Watch this video for details.
