Israel woos Modi Govt ahead of first West Asian QUAD summit

Ahead of the West Asian Quad summit, Israeli PM Naftali Bennett is set to visit India in a bid to strengthen ties. The first of its kind I2U2 virtual summit will be held next month. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, US President Joe Biden, Israeli Prime Minister Neftali Bennett and UAE President Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan would attend summit for discussions of the food security crisis and other areas of cooperation. As per White House, the summit is part of the Biden administration's efforts to re-energise and revitalise American alliances across the world.
