Rahul Gandhi quits as president of Indian National Congress

Rahul Gandhi stepped down as president of the Indian National Congress. Rahul took to Twitter announcing his resignation in an open letter. He even removed 'Congress President' from his bio on his Twitter account. Congress Working Committee meeting is expected soon to decide new party president.
