Hamas Fighters Back In Gaza's North? Israeli Tanks Return Hours After Calling Off 'Intensive' Ops

Israeli tanks stormed back to northern Gaza hours after Defence Minister Yoav Gallant announced an end to the “high-intensity” battle in the region. Reuters reported heavy gunbattle in the northern part with the IDF claiming that it killed dozens of Hamas fighters in Beit Lahiya. Hamas, meanwhile, fired more than 50 rockets from Gaza, signalling its capability to launch firepower over 100 days into the war.
