Hafiz Saeed, Masood Azhar using Afghan soil for terror; Taliban complicit

Pakistan-based terror groups Jaish & Lashkar maintain training camps in Afghanistan. United Nations report: some Jaish & Lashkar camps in Afghanistan under direct control of the Taliban. 13th report of the analytical support & sanctions monitoring team - Pak & Afghanistan serve as safe haven for terror. The U.N. report cited a member state - Jaish maintains 8 camps in Afghanistan's Nangarhar province. Lashkar is said to maintain three camps in Afghanistan's Kunar & Nangarhar. Both Jaish & Lashkar been facilitating the the trafficking of terrorists into Afghanistan.
