Eknath Shinde ‘taunts’ Uddhav Thackeray; How Sena top boss lost hold of Maha

After plunging Maharashtra into a political crisis, Eknath Shinde has hit back at Uddhav Thackeray in a hard-hitting tweet. Posting the three page letter of Aurangabad MLA, the Shiv Sena leader taunted Maharashtra CM for ignoring Shiv Sainiks for 2 years. The letter details where Uddhav Thackeray went wrong during his tenure. It highlights how the rebels felt humiliated as Uddhav gave more importance to Congress and NCP leaders over Shiv Sainiks. Shiv Sena is yet to respond to the allegations. The Eknath Shinde faction, which is now camping in a luxury resort in Guwahati, has now swelled to 46 MLAs, 38 of whom are Shiv Sena rebels and 7 independents. The Uddhav Thackeray-led Maha Vikas Aghadi government of Shiv Sena, Congress and NCP has now lost the majority in the state.
