Amarnath Yatra terror threat foiled: LeT commander among 2 killed in Anantnag

• In a major victory for forces, terror threat on Amarnath Yatra route has been averted. Security forces in Jammu and Kashmir gunned down two LeT terrorists in a gunfight in Kreeri village of Anantnag district. One among them was LeT commander Nisar Dar. Forces are on the lookout for the third terrorist who managed to flee from the area. The Jammu and Kashmir Police said that the gunfight was significant as the militants had earlier escaped from a shootout on April 16. One soldier was martyred in that encounter.
