Aditya-L1: ISRO To Study The Sun 15 Lakh KMS Away From The Earth | India To Join Elite Group

After creating history on the Moon's South Pole through Chandrayaan-2, ISRO has its eyes set on the Sun. India's space agency will shoot off the Aditya-L1 spacecraft to study the Sun on September 2. The spacecraft will be placed in a halo orbit around the Lagrange point (L1) of the Sun-Earth system, which is around 15 Lakh kms away from the Earth. With the success of this mission, India will join the elite group of nations that are already studying the Sun. Watch this video for more details.
