American Idol host Ryan Seacrest beat Leno to top the list, according to the Mediaite.com power ranking in the new LA Confidential magazine.
Jimmy Kimmel was in the third position, reports the New York Post.
Everyone, from TV hosts to chefs in top markets, was considered for the rankings.
