Godrej Properties sells 90 housing units worth over 1,000 crore at the launch of its luxury project in Gurugram

Godrej Astra is  located in Gurugram's Golf Course Road micro-market and spread over around 2.76 acres, the company said in a regulatory filing

Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) announced on March 28 that it has sold around 90 homes worth over 1,000 crores at its luxury real estate project, Godrej Astra in Gurugram, on the launch day.

Godrej Astra is strategically located along the Golf Course Road micro-market and spread over around 2.76 acres, the company said in a regulatory filing.

Golf Course Road is an established micro-market for its upscale residential and commercial developments, making it an attractive destination for real estate development. With its well-planned infrastructure and proximity to prominent landmarks, the location offers residents a premium lifestyle and convenient connectivity.

This is GPL's second launch in the prime Golf Course Road micro-market.

Recently, real estate data analytics firm PropEquity said that housing sales declined 23 per cent in January-March across nine major cities. Housing brokerage firm Anarock has also reported a 28 per cent drop in sales this quarter across seven major cities.
