Navjot Sidhu meets AAP’s Durgesh Pathak: Result to be zero, says Harsimrat Badal

Even as former BJP MP Navjot Singh Sidhu along with other Awaaz-e-Punjab forum leaders Pargat Singh and the Bains brothers met Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national organisation-building head Durgesh Pathak on Wednesday, Union minister and Punjab’s ruling Shiromani Akali Dal leader Harsimrat Kaur Badal on Thursday said that it does not matter whether Sidhu joins the Congress or the AAP “as the outcome in both cases will be zero”.

“AAP has zero performance in Delhi and Congress is zero across India, so Sidhu will also be zero whoever he joins,” she said.

Sidhu and his group met Pathak, who is effectively leading the Punjab poll foray of the AAP, even as talks of an alliance between the Awaaz-e-Punjab and the Congress were reported to be in the final stage ahead of the Punjab assembly elections due early next year.
