For encroaching on judge’s parking lot, Pune corporator, nephew made to apologise with folded hands

The security guard at PMC tried to convince the corporator’s nephew to not park the car in the reserved space. Ignoring the guard’s warning, he parked the car in the parking space reserved for the judge.
Lata Dhayrkar, elected member of the Pune municipal corporation (PMC), and her nephew faced an awkward situation after they had to present themselves in the PMC court for wrong parking. The nephew had moved the judge’s two-wheeler from the reserved parking space to make place for his own vehicle.

Only after they apologised with folded hands did the judge order the police to remove the jammer on their four-wheeler.The PMC court is located in the municipal corporation’s headquarter.
The civic body had allotted dedicated parking space for the judge’s vehicle. The judge came on her two-wheeler on Friday and parked her bike at the reserved place.
However, BJP corporator Dhyarkar and her nephew came to the PMC headquarter at around 5 pm. They were reportedly unable to find space in the parking lot. The corporator’s nephew who was driving the car noticed the parking space reserved for the judge. He got out of the car and moved the judge’s bike from the reserved spot to make space for their car.

Meanwhile, the judge was observing the series of events from her office. The judge’s office called the police and informed about the incident. The police immediately appeared in the PMC premises and put a jammer to the corporator’s car.
On noticing the jammer, the corporator and her nephew asked the security guard about it and even requested to remove the jammer. Police then asked the duo to remain present in the court room.
On realising that the two-wheeler belonged to the judge, the nephew repeatedly apologised with folded hands. The judge warned him to not repeat the act. The judge also asked the security guard to remain present in the court room and asked about the comment made by the driver while shifting the two-wheeler.
