When we struggle with Depression, it is important to have psychological flexibility. "It involves being open to experiencing difficult emotions and thoughts without becoming overwhelmed by them. Instead of attempting to avoid or suppress negative feelings, it’s important to acknowledge and accept them as a natural part of the human experience.
