Having Polycystic Ovarian Disease for some 7-8 years now, Indian designer Masaba Gupta is often seen coming to the rescue of girls who might be undergoing the same body issues owing to the PCOD and regularly shares workout or fitness plans that could help cure it and this Friday was no different. Spilling the beans on her own fitness routine, Masaba revealed, “My 7-9am workout/walk/yoga is non-negotiable…also no ordering in outside food on a weekday! Simple,ghar ka khaana. 😊No celebration the night before,no amount of stress & no phone call can distract me from this.
