Burnout refers to the sense of low productivity and no interest in things that we need to do. This happens with prolonged exposure to the same things on a regular basis with no boundaries or breaks. "Are you agreeing to unrealistic deadlines? Are you allowing chatty colleagues to affect your productivity? Do you let your holiday days go unused? Are you taking on others’ work?
