On the final day of HTLS on December 4, Union Home Minister Amit Shah talked about India's achievements under the leadership of PM Modi. Avani Lekhara and Sumit Antil, the gold medallists from Tokyo Paralympics as well as Tokyo Olympics bronze medallist Bajrang Punia also graced the final day of HTLS.
