In his Instagram posts, Kartik mentioned his location just as Europe, leaving fans to guess the country he is in. Even Sophie Choudry commented on his post and asked where in Europe he has been holidaying. Fans guessed the location to be Venice, Italy or Amesterdam, the Netherlands.
