Mrunal Thakur of Sita Ramam fame made her Cannes debut in a white pannelled gown by Falguni and Shane Peacock. She called it a ‘night to remember’ as she shared her pictures from the red carpet on Instagram. The two designers also accompanied her to the festival.

Sara Ali Khan made her Cannes debut this year in a traditional Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla lehenga with shadow work embroidery. Her blouse was decorated with crystals, pearls, and resham. She had two dupattas with one doubling up as a train.
Esha Gupta also made her Cannes debut this year. She chose a daring chiffon gown from Nicolas Jebran for her first red carpet appearance and made headlines for her hip-high slit. She was last seen on screen in Aashram season 3.
