England opener Ben Duckett is fourth and has been pretty much the flag bearer of England's aggressive approach with the bat. Duckett has scored 314 runs at a strike rate of 93.17 in eight innings. A side effect of this style of batting has been that he has seldom been able to convert his starts, with one century and no half-centuries. (AP)

Shubman Gill had a shaky start but has since come into his own in this series.
