Three men held within minutes of robbery in Greater Noida
Greater Noida police arrested three men for robbing a man of his phone and cash within five minutes of the incident.
The city police arrested three men for robbing a man of his phone and cash within five minutes of the incident. The incident was reported on Thursday night near Dadri Tehsil office in Ecotech 1 area of Greater Noida.

The men were identified as Kake, 24, Mintu, 25 and Ankit 23. Police said accused Kake is a resident of Dadha village while Ankit and Mintu are from Sirsa village of Greater Noida.
An employee of a private company was walking home from office when three men on a bike approached him on the pretext of asking for directions, the police said.
“As soon as the victim stopped, two of the accused overpowered him and snatched him mobile phone and cash and fled the spot. He alerted the police control room with the help of a passerby,” said Abhishek Yadav, superintendent of police (rural), Gautam Budh Nagar.
The police said as soon as they received the call, a checking squad that was nearby immediately put up barricades and started checking bikes.
“The accused were spotted by the team and were asked to stop but they tried to speed away. The police team overpowered them and arrested them. The phone and wallet were recovered from them,” Yadav said.
