Two held for stalking lab assistant

THANE: Two people -- Mohommad Akram Shaikh, 26, and a 16-year-old youth – were arrested in Thane district on Monday for allegedly stalking a 28-year-old laboratory assistant and sending her pornographic clips.

Sanjay Nale, inspector, RAK Marg police station, said, “The complainant got the first porn clip on September 26, following which she kept getting clips from four different numbers..”

The accused worked at a salon in Dombivli. “We got their call data records. They were caught from Dombivli,” said an officer.

“Vikas who is in Uttar Pradesh asked the duo to harass the woman, after which they started sending the clips ,” said an officer. “They told her they would stop sending the clips if she met them.”
