“This area is strategically-located in a well-developed node of Navi Mumbai. It is best suited for residential as well as commercial use,” said Mohan Ninawe, senior public relations officer, Cidco.
“Nerul is one of the prime developed nodes of Navi Mumbai. With the major physical infrastructure intact, Nerul is soon becoming an iconic node like Vashi and Belapur. It includes an international sports ground and is a well-known education hub,” he said.
The scheme booklet sale started on May 31 and will stay open till June 15. The last date for submissions is June 20.
“Considering the prime location of the plot, it is expected to be the highest bid breaking all past records,” Ninawe said.
