Army sepoy hangs himself in south Mumbai ashram, police find suicide note
Mumbai city news: The police are yet to ascertain the reason but said that Neeraj Kumar Yadav hung himself from a ceiling fan by a scarf.
A 25-year-old Army sepoy committed suicide at an ashram in south Mumbai on Monday.

The police are yet to ascertain the reason but said that Neeraj Kumar Yadav hung himself from a ceiling fan by a scarf.
According to police officials, Yadav was from Rajasthan and was posted at Khadki in Pune.
An officer from Gamdevi police station not wanting to be named said, “Yadav was working as a sepoy with the army. He left his Pune office on June 18 without informing anyone. He then checked into the ashram of Swami Narayan Seva Ashram in Mahalaxmi on June 23.”
A day later, he checked out from the ashram but returned later on June 24 and he returned back to the same Ashram on June 25.
“The following day, Yadav did not respond to doorbells and the ashram staff broke into the room to find his body hanging off the ceiling,” said an officer.
They then informed the police who filed an accidental death report.
The police have found a suicide note from the room. Sources in the police department said that he had written names of the people responsible for his death in the note.
