The constituency comprises six assembly segments, Jalgaon City, Jalgaon Rural, Amalner, Erandol, Chalisgaon and Pachora.

The Jalgaon Lok Sabha constituency is one of the 48 Lok Sabha (parliamentary)constituencies of Maharashtra.

The constituency comprises six assembly segments, Jalgaon City, Jalgaon Rural, Amalner, Erandol, Chalisgaon and Pachora.

The Bharatiya Janata Party’s Nana Patil has held the seat for the past two terms and in 2014 he trounced Nationalist Congress Party’s Annasaheb Bhaskarrao Patil by over three lakh votes.

The general elections will be held across India in seven phases beginning April 11 and the counting of votes will take place on May 23.
