Yasmin Karachiwala demonstrates a 'full body blast' workout routine

Yasmin Karachiwala has always got us covered. The fitness trainer, who is famous for supervising Bollywood celebrities such as Deepika Padukone, Katrina Kaif, Alia Bhatt, Bipasha Basu and Vaani Kapoor, keeps sharing informative fitness tips for her fans on Instagram. Yasmin's Instagram profile is replete with snippets from her own fitness diaries. The fitness trainer believes in sharing motivation for her fans on a daily basis on her Instagram profile. Be it a workout routine or a healthy recipe, Yasmin Karachiwala has always got us covered, when it comes to health and fitness.

The fitness trainer, a day back, shared a compilation video of five workouts which focuses on a range of muscles throughout the body. Yasmin, in the video, can be seen demonstrating several workout routines for her fans. Yasmin started the morning with DB squats and then moved on to single arm row to knee up press. Yasmin can be seen using minimal equipment throughout the routine – she used only dumbbells. In the later part of the video, Yasmin can be seen performing seated figure 8 by working on her leg muscles. Then she can be seen performing the windmill routine. Yasmin rounded off the full body blast workout routine with figure 4 hip thrusts. "This full body workout can be done anywhere, anytime whether you’re a beginner, intermediate or advanced. Yasmin further added the allotted time that should be maintained by people at various stages of workouts – beginner, intermediate or advanced. Yasmin recommended 30 seconds of workout and 30 seconds of rest for people at the beginner stage. For the intermediate ones, Yasmin advised 40 seconds of workout and 20 seconds of active rest. For people who have achieved the advanced stage of fitness, Yasmin recommended 50 seconds of workout and 10 seconds of rest.

Full body workouts help in blasting mega calories and building more muscles. It also helps in developing the flexibility of the body and maximising workout efficiency. Full body workouts help in improving the physical strength of the body as well.
