Masaba Gupta goes for a run in the mountains: And miles to go before I sleep

Be it early morning Yoga or a run in the mountains, Masaba Gupta makes sure that she works out every day. The fashion designer has lately been quite vocal on social media about her fitness routine and her clean eating habits that have helped the actor immensely in getting her PCOD (Polycystic ovarian syndrome or disease) under control. She has also been posting a lot about the things that are helping her in order to urge her followers to exercise as well.

Masaba is currently spending time with her mother Neena Gupta in her holiday home which is located in the heart of the mountains in Uttarakhand and has been posting about the vegetables that grow in the backyard and delicious meals that have been cooked by her mother. She recently shared a video of herself going for a run amid lush greenery and clouds. For the run, the 32-year-old wore a neon green jacket which she teamed with a pair of grey pyjamas.

The stunner completed her look with a pair of black shoes and tied her hair to keep them off her face during the fitness session. Masaba shared the inspiring clip with the caption, "And miles to go before I sleep... (sic)."
