Sameera Reddy is our fitness inspiration. The actor, who keeps sharing tips on fitness and motherhood, shared yet another snippet of how she balances both with equal fervour and poise. When it comes to fitness and being a doting mother, Sameera does not like to choose one over the other – instead she merges both. Sameera effectively turned her playtime with daughter Nyra into a workout time. Sameera has spoken earlier that sometimes prioritising your body over the responsibilities of motherhood can be difficult, but it shouldn't be neglected. After Sameera became a mother, she started sharing her journey on her Instagram profile, which is inspiring as well as informative.

Sameera, on Friday, brushed our midweek blues away with a short snippet of how she blends motherhood and her health perfectly. In the video, shared on her Instagram profile, Sameera can be seen playing with Nyra as well as working on herself. Sameera can be seen burning the mega calories with intense fitness routine. The actor can also be seen playing badminton and then performing jogging while being on the same spot. In the end part of the video, Sameera can be seen engrossed in a plank routine. "Invest in yourself," Sameera's fitness mantra is to be bookmarked. Sameera rounded off her workout video with a snippet of flutter kicks with her daughter sitting on her. " I’m investing in me, my health, my body, my happiness and my mind," she wrote. Take a look:
