by candidates at Jaipur on Sunday who alleged another paper leak.

Later, the Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) cancelled the examination at Alpha Bal Academy Rampura in Jaipur. However, it said those who

boycotted the exam on the basis of rumour would be given another chance. About 450 candidates were appearing for the paper at this centre.
Meanwhile, the police investigating the previous paper leak hinted that the question paper and answers were made available to the candidates well before the

examination commenced.

The police also claimed to have laid hands on a number of roll numbers and candidates who were in touch with the paper leak racketeers.
The Jaipur police said that paper leak mafiosi kept the original educational documents of the candidates with them as surety. The paper and answer key were

offered for Rs 3 to Rs7 lakh and the documents released only after payment, said a police officer.

The police in Jodhpur, Jailsamer and Jalore had arrested 17 persons in this connection while Jaipur police and special operations group of the police arrested

two persons each on Saturday. The Kota police also arrested a candidate on charges of cheating by using bluetooth device during the exam.
Jaipur's additional commissioner of police (crime) Bipin Kumar Pandey said whenever the mafiosi didn't get the paper, they would arrange for proxy candidates

to get the question paper scanned and sent off through Whatsapp and Bluetooth.
The police find has put a question mark on the credibility of the examination. But, the Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) still claims that nothing

wrong had happened.
