Sanjeev Kapoor’s ‘Eggs Kejriwal’ dish leaves Twitter in splits

Celebrity chef Sanjeev Kappor’s take on a special recipe of eggs has left many on the Internet laughing and some very confused. The reason? The name of this unique dish - ‘Eggs Kejriwal’.

Eggs Kejriwal is a popular dish in restaurants worldwide. It is made of crisp toast topped with fried eggs, avocado, chillies and mint mayo. 

While the dish may be perfect for those who love eggs, it’s the name that has caught the attention of people on Twitter.

While one Twitter user suggests Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party supremo Arvind Kejriwal can charge them for using his name, several others are wondering why the dish is named as such.

One Twitter user even suggests that former AAP MLA Kapil Mishra, who had a falling out with the party, should have Eggs Kejriwal for breakfast.

Another commenter says she would use white bread on odd days and on even days, use brown bread to make the dish – hinting at the odd-even rule adopted in Delhi after Kejriwal’s Aam Aadmi Party came to power.
