Hari Singh

A four time member of the Rajasthan assembly, Hari Singh was born on July 3, 1941 in village Khedla Bujurg of Dausa district.

Having represented Mahua assembly constituency in Dausa for long, Singh has been associated with Congress since his early days in politics.

He was the Sarpanch of village panchayat Khedla Bujurg between 1978 and 1980 and later in 1988 went on to become the chief of the Panchayat Committee, Mahua.

Between 1994 and 1995, Hari Singh also served as the general secretary of Rajasthan Congress unit.

Considering his experience, the Congress high command made him the chief whip of party in the eleventh legislative assembly in Rajasthan.
