Of all the talking points one could have expected after the release of Avengers: Endgame, a debate about ‘Captain America’s a$$’ would’ve hardly been on anyone’s radar. But now people are making memes about it.
Cap’s butt became a hot topic after it received glowing reviews from Ant-Man in Endgame. Cap found himself agreeing with Ant-Man’s observation after fighting with his past self in a scene. “That is America’s a$$,” he says after taking a good look.

Fans have now taken to Twitter to share memes and jokes about Steve Rogers’ butt, almost as if they’ve been waiting to talk about it for 11 yeas and 22 movies. “I pledge allegiance, to America’s ass and to the body for which it belongs, one white man, behind a shield, an OG avenger, who can do this all day,” wrote a fan.
Steve’s storyline was brought to an emotional close in Endgame, after he goes back in time and returns as an old man. Steve passes on the mantle of Captain America to his friend Sam Wilson, the Falcon, suggesting that the future of the MCU will not feature his version of the superhero.
Avengers: Endgame has been breaking box office records daily. The film has already crossed the lifetime earnings of Avengers: Age of Ultron, and is on track to challenge Avatar’s all-time record. Endgame’s current worldwide total is $1.4 billion in six days of release. The film has also emerged as the top grosser of 2019 in India, and the biggest Hollywood film of all time.
