1 Cornflakes chaat
You can go for sweet or salty chaat. Toss cornflakes in a mixture of berries, cherries, raisins, dried fruits and honey, or replace the fruits with onions, tomatoes, mustard seeds and curry leaves. Eat this healthy snack when hunger pangs strike you in the middle of the day.
2 Peanut butter cookies
This dish is ideal for the ones with a sweet tooth. Boil sugar and corn syrup together. Remove it from the heat and add peanut butter. Mix it well and pour it over a bowl filled with cornflakes. Let it cool down slightly before serving.
3 Potato casserole with corn flakes
This dish is crispy, crunchy and full of cornflakes, just the way you like it. Start with combining potatoes, melted butter, salt and pepper. After that, add onion, sour cream and cheese. Mix it all together. Pour all of it in a casserole dish and top it off with cornflakes. Bake it at 350° C.
