Hundreds of motorists had to face inconvenience at the CNG distribution unit in Sector 29 on Thursday due to some dispute between two groups of officials within the fuel distribution company.

Vehicles remained queued up for hours after some men tried to stop the operation.
The dispute within the gas distribution firm Haryana City Gas Distribution Limited (HCG) became public after some of the directors parted off and set up another office in Sushant Lok.
The firm is the sole supplier of CNG in Gurgaon and has been running four distribution units in the city.
“Some anti-social elements entered the fuel station and put a barricade to stop entry of vehicles. They even tried to break the lock of the compressor area (where the gas gets compressed),” said Rahul Chopra, one of the directors of the firm
He alleged that the henchmen were sent by Satish Chopra, one of the directors of the company, because he wants profits solely for himself from this particular station and the money to be deposited at his new office.
Despite repeated attempts, Satish Chopra could not be reached for comments.
