The woman on Tuesday met the Gurgaon police commissioner and complained that a 42-year-old man sexually harassed her by calling up her at late nights.

When she reported the matter to the school management, she was asked to quit.

The woman approached the National Commission For Woman on Monday and reported the incident.

"I was working with Lotus Valley International School as a teacher in the Cuddle Care section. I was appointed on May 1 this year. After two months, a colleague started calling me up at odd hours and proposed marriage," the woman told Hindustan Times.

The woman refused his advances but he kept on harassing her. According to her, she even recorded a few of the telephonic conversations.

"Surprisingly when I narrated the incident to the school principal, she terminated my services instead of taking action against him. I was shattered; I wanted to meet her to discuss the matter but she refused," the woman added.

However, school principal Anita Malhotra denied these allegations.

"We never received any such complaint. I had offered her the job out of sympathy and compassion. I requested her to leave the school when she was found getting friendly with people and ignoring the work."
