Raghavendra Rathore may design Sonam Kapoor’s groom Anand Ahuja’s outfit

In the run up to the nuptials of actor Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja, speculations are rife. From the wedding venue to the sangeet performances, everything is up for discussion.

In the past, Sonam Kapoor has dropped a hint that Anamika Khanna might design her bridal dress. Now, a source has revealed which designer will create a wedding outfit for Ahuja. According to the source, the Kapoors and Ahujas have reached out to Raghavendra Rathore, a leading name in the industry, to suit them up for the upcoming wedding next week. Apparently, Rathore has also agreed to design for the male members of Ahuja’s family.

We’re sure Rathore’s designs will only up the glam factor at the wedding, what with Kapoor being something of a fashion goddess herself. This is not the first time Rathore will be working closely with the families. He was responsible for actor Fawad Khan’s looks in the movie Khoobsurat, co-produced by the younger Kapoor sister, Rhea. Also, actor Anil Kapoor is a fan of the designer’s collection and walked the ramp for him last November.

Sonam will marry Delhi-based businessman Anand in Mumbai on May 8. The family confirmed it recently, after weeks of rumours.
