Park Shin Hye is ‘Miss Undercover Boss’ after successful run as The Judge from Hell: New K-drama casting
Park Shin Hye has reportedly booked her next K-drama project following last year's successful broadcast conclusion of SBS TV's The Judge from Hell.
After an award-winning streak as ‘The Judge from Hell,' Park Shin Hye is reportedly planning to make a splash with her next K-drama comeback through the series, Miss Undercover Boss.

On March 10, Korean media outlet IZE reported that the beloved actress has yet to sign a formal contract for the forthcoming drama project. However, it's positively believed that she has reached a tentative agreement to lead the charge in the retro office comedy set in the unsettling late 1990s during the IMF crisis.

What do we know about Miss Undercover Boss K-drama so far
If the top-class actress green-lights the new role, Park Shin Hye will go undercover as a 20-year-old high school graduate employee at a securities firm to track suspicious financial transactions. Switching from her elite post as a veteran financial regulator to a high school graduate office assistant handling endless tasks, Park's comical transformation is expected to attract viewers in droves.
Miss Undercover Boss is scheduled to air on tvN in the first half of 2026. Superhit drama Business Proposal's Park Seon Ho is ready to sit in the director's seat. Meanwhile, Into the Ring's Moon Hyun Kyung will be taking on the script-writing duties.
Park Shin Hye had a blockbuster 2024
Prior to Miss Undercover Boss reports, the South Korean actress had a double-drama yesteryear schedule. Her JTBC medical rom-com Doctor Slump, opposite Park Hyung Sik and SBS TV's The Judge from Hell, co-starring Kim Jae Young, released in 2024. While the former is streaming on Netflix, the latter is available on Disney+.
