Even as divorce rumours refuse to die down, Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik and his wife, Indian tennis player Sania Mirza will soon be co-hosting a musical celebrity talk show on an OTT platform.

In the thick of divorce rumours, Shoaib Malik announced the new promo of his upcoming talk show, The Mirza Malik Show, with wife Sania Mirza. The couple, who got married in April 2010, has reportedly been separated since many months. They have not said anything about their strained relationship publicly. The timing of the new promo seeks to quell the growing queries about their alleged divorce. (Also read: Shoaib Malik's heartfelt post for Sania Mirza on her birthday amid divorce rumours)

The former captain of the Pakistani national team, Shoaib, wrote on Instagram, "Spotify Presents The Mirza Malik Show. Coming Soon. Stay tuned to Urduflix." The talk show, presented by Spotify, will premiere on the Pakistani OTT platform Urduflix. The nearly 30-seconds teaser shows Shoaib and Sania welcoming guests like actors Humayun Saeed, Fahad Mustafa, Adnan Siddiqui, and host Waseem Badami, on their musical celebrity talk show.

The post didn't stop fans from speculating about their relationship. One Instagram user wrote, "They are divorced for sure. they don't tag or mention each other anymore in their posts. I think they're legally obligated for the show to not declare their divorce." Another commented, "Apne divorce ka rumour uda ke kaun promotion karvata hai bhai!! Gazab laalchi insan hain ye dono! Sahi me divorce le lo ek din (Using the rumours of divorce, who does promotions!! These two are greedy. Take a divorce for real one day)!!" While another added, "That's a big slap for haters!! So happy to see u guys (heart emoji)".

In an interview, Shoaib is said to have replied about the question of divorce that it was a 'personal matter' between the two. He reportedly also that he or Sania won't respond to questions on divorce and requested the press to stop grilling them on it. Sania hasn't shared any photo of Shoaib on Instagram for many months now, barring a birthday post in February. Meanwhile, Shoaib wished their four-year-old son Izhaan in October and later wished Sania for her birthday in November on Instagram.

Sania became a professional tennis player in 2003. She reached the number one position in doubles with the Grand Slam titles from Wimbledon, the US Open and the Australian Open. She retired for singles play in 2013 and has hinted this year that she might retire from the sport next year.
