Bollywood Wives meet Mindy Kaling in India, fans wonder about a cameo in Never Have I Ever. See pics

The leads of Netflix's Indian reality series Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives - Neelam Kothari, Maheep Kapoor, Bhavana Panday and Seema Kiran Sajdeh met up with another creator from the streaming platform on Monday. The Bollywood Wives posed for pics with Hollywood actor-producer Mindy Kaling at the Netflix offices. Maheep, Bhavana and Seema all shared their photos with Mindy on Instagram. Maheep shared a photo with Mindy and the gang and wrote, "Afternoon with the amazing @mindykaling (red heart emoji) #thefabulouslivesofbollywoodwives." Fans shared heart emojis and said the photos were fabulous. One Instagram user asked, "Cameo in Never Have I Ever??" Mindy is the writer and producer on the Netflix series about a young Indian-American teenager Devi (Maitreyi Ramakrishnan).

Seema also put up her selfie with Mindy and captioned it, "What a fabulous day! Got to meet and chat with this incredible woman @mindykaling Actor, producer, writer she’s nailed it! One fan stated, "She's a legend. So happy she's in India." Yet another wrote, "My favorites with my favorite."

Bhavana also shared that she had an amazing afternoon with Mindy. She wrote, "NEVER HAVE I EVER had such an amazing afternoon !!!! It was absolutely wonderful meeting @mindykaling #dangoor !!!" Fans asked about the upcoming season on the reality show. The second season of the show premiered on September 2, 2022. The first series debuted on November 27, 2020 on Netflix.

The actor-producer had earlier shared photographs of herself in Jaipur, Rajasthan. She was accompanied by writer Dan Goor, leading many to speculate that Mindy was in the country possibly to check locations on her movie with Priyanka Chopra. She and Priyanka would play cousins in the film, which is set around an Indian wedding. The film, produced by Universal Pictures, is expected to be along the lines of the films Crazy Rich Asians and My Big Fat Greek Wedding.
