Bigg Boss OTT 2 premiere highlights: Puneet Superstar enters show, Salman tells him to calm down

Puneet Superstar has entered the show and Salman Khan couldn't stop laughing while introducing him. He was ranked #2 by audience by took the #10 slot from panelist. He got 20000.

Avinash's ex Palak entered the show but Salman scolded her for breaking the rules. She apparently asked her WhatsApp contacts to vote for her.

Actor Avinash Sachdev has entered the show. He spoke about his past relationships and broken engagement. His rank is #3 with 120000 in the bank.

Dentist and astrologer Babyka has entered the show. Her father also introduced her on the show. She gets #9 spot with 30000.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui's ex-wife Aaliyah Siddiqui has entered the show. She wishes to revamp her image with the show. She said her daughter is not the happiest about her joining the show. Nawaz is the one who supported her join the show and took their kids to France for a holiday. She entered the show art #11 spot.

Dubai's Jad Hadid entered the house and is at rank #5 with 90000 in the bank.

Bihar-born Manisha Rani entered the show and would not stop talking. She is #8 in rank with 45000.

Former VJ and now podcaster has entered the show. He got #10 spots and 20000 in Bigg Boss currency. However, his ranking was bumped up to #2 by Sunny and other panelists. He now gets 1,35,000.

Mika Di Vohti winner Akanksha Puri has entered the house as contestant #4. Salman asked her if she is even married to Mika. She said that they only exchanged varmalas but there was no wedding. That's still where things are. She maintained that she is single and is just friends with Mika.

Jiya and Fukra got a new ranking from Dibang. Both of them are now at #6 and have 75000 to spend.

Fukra Insaan said he will try to get others to work for him. Jiya said he should count her out. Fukra apparently did not like it and let her know about it. Jiya said she found it a bit insulting. Salman did not think it was anything insulting.

YouTuber Fukra Insaan enters the show. The Instagram sensation, real name Abhishek Malhan, is the third contestant on the show. His rank is #1 currently.

Salman Khan took offence when Jiya Shankar called him ‘old school’. He joked that it's not him but Aamir Khan and Shah Rukh Khan that are old school.

Actor Jiya Shankar is the second contestant to enter the show. She was seen in Ved with Riteish Deshmukh. 

After a grilling round of questions from panelists, Falaq Naaq's rank was bumped to #4. She got 100000 currency now. She was asked about her brother's imprisonment and Tunisha's death.

Actor Falaq Naaz has become the first contestant to enter the show. Salman called her a ‘strong’ girl. She is the elder sister of Sheezan Khan, an actor best known for playing Ali Baba. Salman Khan tells her to leave the past behind. She is ranked ninth with 30000 Bigg Boss currency.

Salman introduced Dibang, Sunny Leone, MC Stan, Ajay Jadeja and others as panelists on the show. He also said that the contestants will be ‘ranked’ based on audience votes and will get their ‘currency’ accordingly. 

Actor-filmmaker Pooja Bhatt appeared on the show for a chat. She asked host Salman what will be new this season. 

Salman Khan kicks off the new season. He promised the show will be full of drama, fights and friendship. He gave a performance to Hangover.

Bigg Boss OTT season 2 will air from 9 pm on the JioCinema app on June 17. It can be watched online for free.

While his face was not fully revealed, many recognised ‘cringe’ star Puneet in one of the show's promos. Wearing a blingy green jacket, he appeared in front of the panelists. 

A video shared on social media shows cricketer Ajay Jadeja as part of the panel along with MC Stan and Sunny Leone.
