- The Grammy Awards, considered to be music's biggest event, has often been criticized for sidelining female artistes in top categories, but the 2021 edition of the star-studded event, featuring some of the biggest names from the music industry, turned out be a departure from that as Beyonce became the most awarded female artiste in Grammy history.

Fans wait hoping to see celebrities walk the red carpet next outside the venue on March 14. The scaled down event made for an atmosphere unlike any other Grammy show, British singer Jacob Collier told reporters. “There was something very special about how intimate it was and to have everything stripped back and just to be hanging out with those fellow nominees was just fantastic,” Collier said according to AP.(Valerie Macon/AFP)
