Ibrahim Ali Khan shares pic with Ahan Shetty from FIFA World Cup; reminds fans of Suniel Shetty and Saif Ali Khan

Ahan Shetty and Ibrahim Ali Khan were at the Lusail Stadium in Doha for the recent FIFA World Cup. A photograph of the two star kids reminded fans of the bond shared by their fathers, actors Suniel Shetty and Saif Ali Khan, respectively, who acted together in films in the 90s. They were seen in movies such as LOC: Kargil (2003), Ek Tha Raja (1996), and Humse Badhkar Kaun (1981), among others. On Monday, Ahan Shetty took to Instagram Stories to reshare a photo of himself and Ibrahim that was posted by the latter. In the photo that was clicked outside the stadium in Qatar, Ibrahim wore an Argentina jersey with dark sunglasses, while Ahan was seen in a black T-shirt.

Fan pages on social media shared a collage of Ahan and Ibrahim’s latest photo with an old picture of their fathers posing together. In the throwback photo, Saif Ali Khan is seen in a red and black plaid vest and matching bowtie paired with white shirt, while Suniel looked dapper in a red shirt with dark sunglasses. Reacting to a collage shared on Instagram, a fan wrote, “This is true friendship that runs in the families.” Many others dropped heart and fire emojis in the comments section.

Many Bollywood celebs such as Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Nora Fatehi, Ananya Panday, Chunky Panday, Sanjay Kapoor, Shanaya Kapoor, Raveena Tandon, Farah Khan, Karisma Kapoor, Mouni Roy and Aditya Roy Kapoor also attended the FIFA World Cup in Qatar.

Meanwhile, Ahan and Ibrahim are often spotted at parties together in Mumbai and Europe, along with their friends. The star kids are also friends with actors Kajol and Ajay Devgn’s daughter Nysa Devgan, and are part of the same social circle.

Ahan had made his acting debut in 2021 with the action film, Tadap, co-starring Tara Sutaria. The film was directed by Milan Luthria. Ibrahim Ali Khan had recently worked with filmmaker Karan Johar as an assistant director for his upcoming film Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. It stars Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt, and will be released next year.
