Narasimharaja is the assembly constituency which comes under the Mysore district. It is one of the 224 Karnataka Legislative Assembly Constituencies. Karnataka Assembly Election 2023 for Narasimharaja will be held on May 10 and the result was declared on May 13.

Indian National Congress's Tanveer Sait won the election by upstaging Bharatiya Janata Party's S.Satheesh (SANDESH SWAMY) by a margin of 18,127 votes.
The top three candidates split 86.9% of votes between them. Indian National Congress's Tanveer Sait got a total of 62,268 votes, while Bharatiya Janata Party's S.Satheesh (SANDESH SWAMY) secured 44,141 votes. Social Democratic Party Of India's candidate Abdul Majeed. grabbed the third spot with 33,284 votes. The top three parties got 38.8%, 27.5% and 20.7% respectively.
In Karnataka Assembly election 2013, Indian National Congress's Tanveer Sait outperformed Social Democratic Party Of India's Abdul Majid K H by 8,370 votes.
