SSC CGL Tier-I exam 2016 results to be declared today
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will declare the Tier I results of the Combined Graduate Level Examination 2016 (CGLE Tier-1) on Tuesday.
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will announce the results of the Combined Graduate Level Examination 2016 (CGLE) Tier-I on Tuesday.
The exam was held between August 27 and September 11 in about 415 centres in 96 cities across the country. In Srinagar, the examination was held on September 25. About 38.04 lakh candidates had registered for the examination and about 14.99 lakh finally appeared.

Due to administrative reasons, the commission conducted a re-examination for candidates who had appeared in the second shift (Batch-II) held between 4.15pm and 5.30pm on August 27. The re-examination was held on October 27.
Candidates who clear the Tier-I examination will be allowed to take the Tier-II examination which would be tentatively held between November 30 and December 2.

The tentative date for CGLE Tier-III examination is January 15, 2017, while Tier-IV exam will be held between January 17 and February 17.
The final result of CGLE 2016 is expected to be declared by the end of April 2017.

1) Go to SSC’s official website
2) Click on link for results on top of the page
3) Click on the link for results on the new page that opens to go to the login page
4) Key in your details as required
5) Your result will be displayed on the screen
Note: On a number of occasions, the commission has declared results by providing a PDF file of roll numbers of selected candidates. Please check the SSC’s website for more details.
