  NEET UG 2024 SC Hearing Live: Advocate Hooda pointed out that Sanjeev Mukhia, the head of the paper leak gang, has not been arrested yet.

  “The moment it is established the leak has happened, the dissemination is through WhatsApp…government of India is taking a firm stand that the beneficiaries of the leak are confined to Hazaribagh and Patna.”

  “This confidence emanates from one fact that the accused in custody has said that the leak is confined to Patna and Hazaribagh.”

  Hooda Pointed out that the Patna Police record stated that the accused talked of a leak prior to the examination, but the statement recorded by the CBI indicates that the leak happened on the day of the examination.
