KL Rahul shuts up fan with epic reply after being told to focus on scoring
KL Rahul was gushing about Ravichandran Ashwin following him on Twitter till criticized by fan but the batsman came up with a fitting reply.
India may be trailing Australia 0-1 in the Test series but their players are not willing to take any unwarranted criticism from fans, certainly not KL Rahul. After the huge loss in Pune, the India team has been taking some time off cricket with a planned trek in the Western Ghats, pictures of which were widely shared across social media.

On Tuesday, a day after pictures of the trek were posted, KL Rahul gushed about Ravichandran Ashwin following him on Twitter. Given Ashwin’s current status as the top bowler in the world, Rahul was clearly floored.

But given how the social media has blurred the line between the personal and public lives, it was only a matter of time before someone made a remark about this. Rahul’s tweet under criticism from a fan who asked both Ashwin and Rahul to forget all this and try find ways of scoring.

Rahul, who was the highest scorer in the first Test with scores of 64 and 10, didn’t take it lying down and came up with a fitting response.
“Plz come and teach us bhai. Im sure aapko pata hain kaise banate hain runs (I’m sure you know how to score runs),” read Rahul’s tweet. That tweet ended the conversation.
