The Ramtek Lok Sabha constituency did not exist during the general elections of 1951-52 for the 1st Lok Sabha. It was created in 1957 for the 2nd Lok Sabha.

One of the 48 Parliamentary constituencies in Maharashtara, Ramtek is represented in Lok Sabha by Shiv Sena’s Krupal Balaji Tumane. He defeated Congress’s Mukul Wasnik in 2014 general elections who had emerged victorious in 2009.
Maharashtra will vote for Lok Sabha Elections 2019 in four phases. The polling dates for Maharashtra will be on April 11, 18, 23 and 29. The votes will be counted for all the constituencies on May 23, 2019.
