The agency had issued a summons to Jahan to appear for questioning, and she complied. The scam involves a real estate company that allegedly cheated hundreds of people out of money for flats that were never provided. Jahan was one of the directors of the company but claims she is not involved in any wrongdoing and has provided all necessary information to the ED.
